Your essentials are personal, and our goal is to make sure every pair of ThunderWear fits you perfectly.
While underwear cannot be returned once worn or tried on, we offer a 30-Day Fit Guarantee for size exchanges and full support for defective items.
🔄 30-Day Fit Guarantee (Size Exchanges)
If your ThunderWear doesn’t fit quite right:
We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unopened items.
How to request an exchange:
1. Take a photo of the label and the pair you received
2. Tell us which size you would like instead
3. We will ship the replacement
4. A small delivery fee applies for the exchange shipment
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear that has been worn, opened, or tried on cannot be returned, but size exchanges for sealed items are always supported.
🛠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
We will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:
• Send a clear photo of the issue within 30 days
• Include your order number and email address
• Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To comply with hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:
• Worn or tried-on underwear
• Opened packaging
• Items without original labels or packaging
• Items requested for return after 30 days
📅 Order Changes & Cancellations
We can modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped.
Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel it.
📦 Subscription Orders
For subscribers:
Size exchanges or issues must be requested on your first pair of each subscription cycle.
🕒 Processing Time
Return/exchange requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours by our support team.
