While underwear is personal and once worn, cannot be returned, we offer a 15-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  You put it on, you test drive it, you don’t like it, we will happily refund you.

If your ThunderWear doesn’t make you feel great, we offer a 15-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee from delivery:

How to request a refund:

  1. Contact us and let us know why you are dissatisfied.

  2. Send the item back to us via tracked postage (return shipping is covered by the buyer). This helps us confirm it’s on the way and received.

  3. Once it’s been received, we’ll ship your replacement.

  4. If you got the wrong and simply want an exchange, a small delivery fee applies for the exchange shipment.



🛠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
We will ALSO replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:
  • Send a clear photo of the major issue within 15 days
  • Include your order number and email address
  • You do not need to send us back the defective item
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours on working days


📅 Order Changes & Cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped.
Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel it.

  • All returned items must be sent via tracked post

📦 Subscription Orders

For subscribers:
  • Size exchanges or issues must be requested on your first pair of each subscription cycle.
