ThunderWear Guards Your Essentials
Returning anything from down under would be a blunder BUT if your THUNDIES truly don't fit:
- Take a picture of the label and design of your current pair
- Let us know if you need a size up or down
- We'll be sure to send you the appropriate size of ThunderWear
We will only charge for the delivery fee.
If Monthly Subscription: this must be claimed on your first pair.
In essence - Purchases are considered final because your essentials are quite personal, but if it really doesn't fit, we understand, so get ahold of us.
For damaged, defective items, or order mistakes done by our shipping dept:
- We will replace.
- Photo submission is required.
We can modify or cancel the order for you if it has not been shipped. Once it's shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order for you.
Orders cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
