Sometimes, we may need to share your information with trusted third parties, engaged by or working in collaboration with ThunderWearAsia to facilitate any of the above-mentioned purposes. Don’t worry — we only share what’s necessary and nothing more.

2. Withdrawing Your Consent

You’re in control. The consent you give us to collect, use, or share your personal data stays valid until you tell us otherwise. If you’d like to opt out of any of the purposes mentioned above (like stopping marketing emails or event invites), just write to our Data Protection Officer (details below).

We may need up to 10 business days to process your request, and we’ll let you know if it affects the services we can provide.

Please note: withdrawing consent won’t affect our right to continue using your personal data where required or permitted by law.

We generally don’t transfer your data overseas. But if we ever need to, we’ll get your consent first and make sure your information is protected to the same standard as under the PDPA.
