All packages are sent from our Singapore self storage facility. Orders will be sent every Saturday.

Singapore Orders: 

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 week

Greater Asia Orders: 

Estimated Delivery Time: 1.5+ weeks *Be aware that due to covid, some custom departments take longer to clear than others. We'd like it there lightning fast but we're not ThunderGods. We can courier if needed.

International Orders (Duties and taxes not included)

Estimated delivery time: 3 weeks

Our experience has been that, location depending, your local customs office may hold it for a while so keep that in mind when awaiting delivery.

Import Taxes and Duties may apply upon delivery and not included in the final price. They are payable by the buyer. Please contact your customs office for more information on importing goods and related charges.

 

Important Notice for buyers outside of Singapore

ThunderWear Asia is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is refused by the buyer because of a customs charge, it will be marked abandoned and cannot be refunded.
